About Global Business Review
GBR is India's first focused, structured and customized program from Greycaps that is delivered on campus.
Genesis
The concept was born out of a nationwide market research conducted to understand what value added program would be most applicable to a student that would make him/her more industry fit.
The Survey
Based on extensive research done by us, across Ten cities of India, we have identified three distinct gaps that need to be addressed at the B- school level.
- The present understanding of students about current business events is low.
- There is a distinct gap 'within each classroom' with respect to business awareness.
- There is an 'application gap' in the students with respect to assimilating information and application.
- B-School faculty are keen to bridge this gap but do not have the time and resources to provide continuous information on a monthly basis.
Current Context
The program provides current information on the business climate, news, history, political structure, economic landscape, and relevant statistical data from the business world. A rich collection of subject-specific national and international business information adds to the vast collection of data.
Delivery
GBR is implemented on campus through GBR consultants and is very different from a typical classroom lecture in its content and delivery methodology.
