Job Description
Greycaps has a range of interesting, unique and engaging programs for schools. This is a sales and market development function. The objective of the profile is to generate new business opportunities for school programs. The main responsibility of the incumbent will be to identify market opportunities, acquire new customers and service existing customers. This position involves travel to different market areas.
 
The specifics are:-
  • Ability to spearhead business development efforts individually.
  • Identifying new approaches, new markets, acquire new schools for our school initiatives. Gross addition and average numbers along with sales and collection targets.
  • Ability to initiate and implement new ideas to increase sales. Ability to anticipate, identify issues, solve them.
  • Supporting sales initiatives with preparation of collaterals, etc.
  • Supporting events, clubs, fests at school level.
  • Building and managing relationships with Heads of institutions/coordinators of the Greycaps’ programs in schools.
  • Maintaining the business development databases
 
Key Result Areas
  • Setting sales targets, defining strategy to achieve these targets and following the set strategy punctually.
  • Planning and visiting new markets systematically with a sales approach.
  • Identifying and appointing channel partners for sales and driving sales through them.
