Management deployment at Mico Bosch, resulting in tremendous process improvements. An avid reader, he is a widely traveled person and is a mentor for team Greycaps.
G. BALASUBRAMANIAN
Affectionately called BALA SIR, he is a doyen of school education in India. He has held several positions of leadership at CBSE, including Director Academics. He was also the
Chief Vigilance Officer of the CBSE. He was the brain behind the introduction of several
innovations at CBSE. He is also an author, poet and a sought-after speaker at educational conferences world over.

Giri Balasubramaniam, popularly known as Pickbrain, is an educator and noted quizmaster. His company has pioneered educational initiatives across Asia catering to a staggering 20 million youngsters. A recipient of several awards, he was mentored by none less than Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India. As a quizmaster he has hosted over 3500 shows across 11 countries and has the distinction of being the only quizmaster in the world to host a quiz at the Royal Opera House, London. He is an alumnus of the iconic Harvard Business School; he is also a masters in Gandhian Philosophy. He is a prolific trainer, motivational speaker and TED orator.
RASHMI FURTADO

Rashmi is a well-known educator and Co-Founder of Teacher Tribe. It is on the advice of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam that team Greycaps started Teacher Tribe as an initiative to celebrate and help the teacher become better versions of themselves. Miss Furtado is presently the only professional woman quiz host in Asia. She has hosted over 1000 quiz shows across 60 cities of India and overseas at Kuwait, Singapore and Dubai. She is popular for hosting Tata Crucible, the Union Bank Quiz, RBI Quiz, TCSiON IntelliGem, the Rural IT Quiz, Kuwait Open Quiz to name a few. A recipient of several awards, including a Business World 40 under 40 listing, the Women Economic Forum and Quiz Host of the year 2022 by SMX Business Networks. She is an of NIT-K Surathkal and IIM Calcutta.

ROOPA BALASUBRAMANIAM

A former teacher turned researcher and content creator, Roopa is the custodian of the Global Awareness Program which has reached over quarter million children. Creating engaging content for children is her passion and she loves to bring life into classrooms through GK. She is an experienced researcher with close to two decades at Greycaps. She specialised in Science and graduated with a university rank to her credit.
VARSHA PRASAD

Varsha is the Editor of the Teacher Tribe magazine started on the advise of former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. She is a Masters degree holder in Communication and a University topper both in her graduation and post-graduation. She passed out of her institute as the Best All-round student. She has been part of the editorial team of the Global Awareness Program, for over a decade now. Apart from her work she loves music, travelling, reading and watching her favourite TV shows.! She has been with Greycaps for over a decade having joined the team as a young college intern to grow to lead the content team. She is a well-known face with the teacher community across India.
SHRAVAN SHETTY

Shravan has close to two decades of experience in Coaching , Leadership Transformation and Career Development. He has a MBA from Ohio University and international accreditations in Coaching from NCDA (USA). He has worked closely with the UN, UNICEF and UNDP on several Projects. He has addressed Corporates from Fortune 500 Companies as well as young people across educational institutions across geographies in India, Malaysia, Oman and Kuwait. He has facilitated 1000 + leadership and career development programs for School and college students. He is a recipient of the Glantor X Future 100 social impact leaders 2023 list as well as the Ohio University Leadership Award.

A rare professional who thrives on problems, if Anand is not solving a crisis, chances are that he is on leave that day! A man who can work round the clock when required, he heads the quiz operations and manages over 250 shows each year. He is a multi-tasker who handles large clients of the company like Tata Sons, NSE, TCS, Thomas Cook, RBI, Bharat Petroleum and Union Bank of India to name a few.

CHANDRASEKAR M.

Chandrasekar heads the sales team at Greycaps. He holds an engineering degree in electronics and communication, but he chooses to communicate with schools on our knowledge enriched programs. He builds relationships with schools and drives revenue growth. Apart from traveling to cities for school visits, he also travels to take part in marathons. He is a barefoot marathon runner and an avid reader. He has been with Greycaps for over a decade.
NIHARIKA JAIN

Niharika Jain is a versatile professional with a strong background in financial analysis, health/ nutrition and relationship management. With a keen interest in health and nutrition, she holds a masters degree in Yoga and meditation. She spent 5 years in the banking & financial sector before deciding to move to the education industry. She has been with Greycaps for over a decade. Through her vibrant and all round lifestyle, she exemplifies the harmonious blend of motherhood, travel, fitness, and veganism. She is a prolific host who has hosted the prestigious Brand Bengaluru Ideathon, hosted Young Leaders Programs across schools and for HDFC and also anchored an Aspiring Principals Summit.
